We accept only IDPs issued under the

Airport Shuttle Guide
At Naha Airport,
exit from the Domestic Terminal.

Across the street,
you’ll find Bus Stop  10.

Look for the "You・I Rent a Car" sign
and line up in front of it.

A free shuttle bus arrives every 15 minutes.
The ride takes about 15~30 minutes
to reach our airport branch.

Car Return & Business Hours
If you need a shuttle to the airport after returning the car,
please return the vehicle at least 3 hours before your flight.

Business hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Last shuttle departs at 6:45 PM.

Insurance Information
All rentals include Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
This covers third-party injury, property damage,
and damage to the rental vehicle.

Non-Operation Charge (NOC) is not covered by CDW.
NOC is a fee charged when the vehicle is out of service
due to damage from an accident.

NOC typically ranges from ¥20,000 to ¥50,000.

To cover this,
you can purchase optional NOC Insurance
for ¥1,100 per day.

We recommend adding Full Coverage Insurance
for peace of mind during your trip.

Pets are not allowed in the vehicle,
including in pet carriers.
